                               RESOLUTION NO. 19192
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION RATIFYING, CONFIRMING AND
                   APPROVING THE EXECUTION BY THE MAYOR AND THE
                   ADMINISTRATOR OF GENERAL SERVICES OF AN
                   AGREEMENT WITH CHATTANOOGA COMMUNITY KITCHEN
                   AS A RECIPIENT OF EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANT
                   FUNDS FROM THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF
                   HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT IN THE AMOUNT
                   OF FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($4,650.00) FOR OPERATING
                   COSTS OF ITS "RECYCLE WORKS" PROGRAM AT 727
                   EAST 11TH STREET.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby ratified,
       confirmed and approved the execution by the Mayor and the
       Administrator of General Services of an Agreement with 
Chattanooga
       Community Kitchen as a recipient of emergency shelter grant funds 

       from the United States Department of Housing and Urban 
Development
       in the amount of $4,650.00 for operating costs of its "Recycle
       Works" program at 727 East 11th Street.
